Natalie Rava began her professional services career in the accounting departments of private industry agriculture corporations. After 20 years of this rich experience, she began working with Hayashi Wayland in 2005.

In 2009, Natalie wrote an article for Coastal Grower magazine called, “Tips to Improve the Cash Flow of your Business”.
Natalie works tirelessly to serve multiple communities. She currently serves as Treasurer for Ag Against Hunger, as Finance Chair for the National Steinbeck Center and on the Finance Committee for the Hartnell College Foundation. She is also a member of the California Women for Ag, the Salinas Valley Fair Heritage Foundation, the Watts Scholarship Foundation, and the Mid-State Fair Heritage in Paso Robles. Additionally, Natalie volunteers for the local 4-H Club, Relay For Life and the Mission San Antonio.
