What makes Hayashi Wayland a great strategic partner?
Our firm takes pride in the strong relationships we build with our clients. We take the extra time to get to know them personally as we seek a deep understanding of their needs and goals. Our team believes that it is imperative to first understand our clients in order to provide a strategy tailored to their specific situation.
How many years have you been with Hayashi Wayland?
I joined Hayashi Wayland in November of 2013 and have been solely focused on servicing clients in financial services and financial planning.
What are you passionate about in your role?
Helping people and working together. Working side by side with our clients and collaborating as a team is so rewarding for me. I’m also passionate about my role as a fiduciary for our clients. Acting in the best interest of our clients is something I take seriously.
What makes Hayashi Wayland different from other firms?
We are focused on a holistic approach to finding solutions to our clients most challenging questions. This approach many times will entail collaboration among your financial advisor and a tax professional. Working together as a team is what we can deliver through both the design and implementation of a financial plan. I believe that sets us apart from other firms in the area.
What do you enjoy most about working at Hayashi Wayland?
I enjoy the people I get to work with every day. Getting to hear our clients’ stories, learning about them, and most of all being able to participate in the decisions that will shape their next chapter.
How do you enjoy spending your time when not at work?
I love to spend my free time in our community with family and friends. I have 3 young children and we can be found riding our bikes to one of our favorite breakfast spots on the weekends. My wife and I enjoy participating in Wednesday evening sailing races with our friends. I also volunteer with many of our local organizations that do such great things, we live in an amazing community and I love being able to give back to it.
