Martina was introduced to HW through one of her professors at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After accepting an internship in her home town of King City in the summer of 2005, she gained experience working on audit, tax and consulting clients. She accepted a job offer and started working full‐time in January of 2006. Martina earned her CPA License in October of 2008.
Martina now focuses her talents on audit work for agricultural clients and employee benefit plans. She likes working in teams as part of the audit work. “I enjoy the variety of work that I do at HW because every audit client is different.”
“Hayashi Wayland is very involved in the community and promotes that spirit throughout the organization. What I like best about working at HW is having a flexible work schedule. I am able to spend more time with my family and be able to balance my family and work life better.”
