• Education and Experience Required: Bachelor Degree and 2+ Years Experience

• Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or Master’s degree
  • CPA certification or demonstrated progress towards obtaining certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of complex accounting issues
  • Independent self starter
  • Proficient in preparation and review of work papers
  • Uses current technologies for efficient service delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervises staff accountants on engagements
  • Plans and implements audits
  • Prepares audit programs under direction of supervisor/manager
  • Coaches individual team members
  • Ensures quality of work product
  • Ensures timely work flow
  • Communicates progress to partners and managers
  • Provides formal and informal feedback
  • Identifies and recommends solutions to complex issues
  • Participates in practice development activities
  • Participates in firm projects and activities
