Audit Partner
Mike Nolan provides audit, accounting and consulting services for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies at Hayashi and Wayland. He has expertise in the areas of agriculture, manufacturing, technology, wineries and vineyards, hospitality, not-for-profit organizations and governments. Prior to joining Hayashi & Wayland in 2004, he was a manager with a big four firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in San Jose.
Mr. Nolan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and has completed graduate studies in Financial Planning and Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Mr. Nolan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Active in his community, he is a board member of the CPE Forum of Monterey County, the Audit Committee Chair of the Hartnell College Foundation, a member of the Cal Poly University Accounting Advisory Board and the Salinas Downtown Rotary.
