In order to help Hayashi & Wayland stay on the “cutting edge” and maintain our position as a leading independent accounting firm in the area, we joined the McGladrey Alliance.

At the heart of that Alliance is McGladrey, the fifth largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States and the largest national firm dedicated to serving privately owned businesses. The McGladrey Alliance is an affiliation of quality accounting firms with access to the full range of McGladrey’s national and international capabilities. We retain total autonomy as an established and independently owned and operated member of the local business community. Hayashi & Wayland is distinct in its membership in the McGladrey Alliance as the only local accounting firm member on the Central Coast, allowing us access to a wealth of resources and expertise for our clients.
